Where as you have excellent alpha damage, your damage over time starts to lag behind other ships that can keep those shells flying. Because the enemy ship will manage to hit you between shots. This means that you had better be on good terms with RNGesus and make sure those shells hit. They also fire rather quickly for the caliber that is being used, but they are also slower to reload than most other cruisers. Its two turrets can hit hard against most any ship at tier 6 (even BB's will feel the hurt if you put shells where they need to be). And while she is a bit on the challenging side (Slowest reloading guns of all cruisers except stock Furutaka I think, bad dispersion for the normally accurate cruiser guns, armored but not really against battleships) she is very capable and when played right can be a formidable opponent.Graff Spee is certainly different and potentially powerful. But are there other options that will work better for you? Probably. I'm a cruiser main who dabbles with the Battleships so she's right up my alley. As far as the ship goes, well personally shes a favorite of mine. It's a licensing tie in with an anime series. since the announcement of the HSF Graf Spee until the sales end is going to be about a year IIRC. Slow, inaccurate, easily punished and not for beginners. I am nowhere near ready to play in Tier VI but is this a ship sale I should take advantage of for the future? WG is really pushing the HSF Graf Spee with "Available for You" discounts in my Premium Shop.
